Hiring: EMS/NMS Developer | Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced EMS/NMS Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java-based application development, Network Management Systems, telecom/networking protocols, Linux, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain EMS/NMS applications and network management products.
- Develop and enhance applications using Core Java, Spring Boot and web technologies.
- Work on product enhancements, defect fixing, performance optimization and feature development.
- Troubleshoot complex customer and field-level technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams for product releases, deployments and issue resolution.
- Implement automation initiatives to improve product quality, stability and operational efficiency.
- Work with telecom/network management communication protocols and interfaces.
- Develop and maintain database-driven applications and support performance optimization.
- Support application deployment, configuration and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
- Participate in product testing,



production support and maintenance activities.
- Perform technical analysis using network troubleshooting tools.

Technical Skills:

- Programming: Core Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3
- Database & Persistence: MySQL, MariaDB, Galera Cluster, Hibernate, Database Performance Tuning
- Protocols: RESTful APIs, NETCONF, VES, SNMP, FTP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, TL1, RMI, TR-069/TR69
- Linux & Scripting: Linux, Shell Scripting
- Cloud & Container Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack / Virtualization, AWS

Good to Have:

- EMS/NMS or Network Management System product experience
- Telecom/networking domain experience
- Knowledge of IP, ports and packet communication
- Hands-on experience with Tcpdump / Wireshark
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) concepts
- Product deployment and production support experience
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-facing technical support experience

Candidate Profile:

- 5 - 8 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently investigate issues and identify root causes.
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in a product development and production support environment preferred.
