ERO-Emergency Responce Officer.

Core Job Responsibilities

- Call Handling: Attend incoming emergency calls from citizens in distress.

- Situation Assessment: Quickly evaluate and scope the nature of the medical, fire, or police emergency.

- Ambulance Dispatch: Coordinate and promptly dispatch the nearest available 108 Ambulance or first responder vehicle to the site.

- Hospital Coordination: Liaison between field Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and hospital physicians to provide real-time support while transporting patients.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Usually requires a graduation degree in any stream (some regions accept 10th/12th pass depending on specific vendor models).

- Skills: Excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office), and good typing speed.

- Work Workplace: Operates out of a centralized emergency call center. It involves rotational shifts (including morning, evening, and night shifts)
