MoveOn Mobility is looking for EMTs / Ambulance Paramedics to join our ambulance operations team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing safe, professional and compassionate pre-hospital care to patients during ambulance transportation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide appropriate emergency and pre-hospital care to patients during ambulance transfers.
2. Assess and monitor the patient's condition during transportation.
3. Assist with patient stabilization and basic emergency interventions as required.
4. Monitor vital signs and communicate changes in the patient's condition.
5. Safely assist with patient movement, loading and unloading from the ambulance.
6.



Handle ambulance medical equipment and supplies responsibly.
7. Ensure essential medical equipment and consumables are available and ready for use.
8. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and readiness of the ambulance.
9. Coordinate effectively with ambulance drivers, hospitals, doctors and the operations/command centre team.
10. Maintain accurate patient/trip-related documentation as required.
11. Follow ambulance service SOPs, safety protocols and professional standards.
12. Respond calmly and professionally during emergency and high-pressure situations.
13. Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate empathy towards patients and their families.
14. Report equipment issues, medical supply requirements and operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
