Embedded Systems Engineer – Hardware, Firmware & Software Integration

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Embedded Systems Engineer with robust experience in hardware design, PCB development, embedded firmware, and system integration. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking embedded products from concept and prototyping through testing, validation, and production.

The role involves working across PCB design, microcontroller programming, communication protocols, hardware debugging, LCD/HMI development, and integration with Android, iOS, web, and cloud-based applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesHardware & PCB Design

- Design electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts for embedded products and prototypes.
- Select and evaluate microcontrollers, sensors, drivers, communication modules, and power components.
- Develop prototype and A-sample PCBs for proof-of-concept and validation.
- Ensure designs meet reliability, manufacturability, and performance requirements.

Embedded Firmware Development

- Develop, test, debug, and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C/C .
- Work with ARM Cortex-M and AVR microcontrollers.
- Develop and integrate peripherals and communication interfaces.
- Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and power consumption.
- Apply RTOS fundamentals where required.

System & Software Integration

- Integrate embedded systems with Android, iOS, web, and cloud platforms.
- Work with REST APIs and IoT connectivity for device-to-application communication.
- Collaborate with software teams for end-to-end system integration.

Communication & HMI

- Develop interfaces using RS232, UART, I2C, and SPI.




- Work with CAN and MODBUS where applicable.
- Develop LCD-based user interfaces, graphical screens, menus, icons, and workflows.
- Support HMI development and embedded graphics integration.

Testing & Debugging

- Perform functional testing, electrical validation, and system verification.
- Debug hardware, firmware, and software integration issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Use tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and protocol analyzers.
- Support prototype builds, field testing, certification, and reliability testing.
