Design ownership: Schematics/PCB direction (even in case outsourced, review/approve) Firmware structure and interfaces (Modbus/CAN/RS-485/HMI, etc.) Safety and protection concept (Power Electrical + Electronics) Design reviews and risk management Supplier and component decisions (availability, alternates, derating).
Define engineering standards: naming, revisioning, documentation templates. Able to use AI tools smartly Should take “Ownership” of assigned work Maintain work Planning sheet for every week
