About the Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Expert to manage the hands-on execution and optimization of email marketing and automated customer engagement campaigns. The role will focus on campaign execution, segmentation, journey management, testing and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

- Plan, build and execute Email and SMS campaigns including segmentation, content setup, QA, scheduling and deployment.
- Manage promotional, engagement, retention and lifecycle campaigns.

Automated Journeys

- Build and manage journeys such as welcome, lead nurturing, abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation and win-back.
- Monitor journey performance and implement improvements.

Segmentation & Personalization

- Build customer segments using behavioural, transactional and engagement data.
- Execute targeted and personalized campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.

Testing & Optimization

- Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, creatives, offers, content, CTAs and send times.




- Analyze results and apply learnings to future campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track open rate, CTR, conversion, bounce, unsubscribe and revenue.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable optimization insights.

Platform & Operations

- Manage campaigns, segments, workflows and triggers within the Marketing Automation/CRM platform.
- Work with Data/Technology teams on tracking and campaign-related issues.
- Follow best practices for deliverability and database hygiene.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years in Email Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle, Retention or Marketing Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in email campaign execution and optimization.
- Experience with platforms such as WebEngage, CleverTap, MoEngage, Klaviyo, Emarsys, Bluecore, HubSpot, Marketo or similar.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization and automated journeys.
- Experience across Email and SMS; WhatsApp/Push/In-app is a plus.
- Good understanding of campaign analytics and A/B testing.
- Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
- E-commerce, consumer or digital experience is an advantage.
