Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that engage clients and partners, promote product launches, and support overall brand and sales objectives. Day-to-day tasks include building email lists, segmenting audiences, designing email templates, writing and editing copy, and scheduling campaigns through email marketing platforms.

The Email Marketing

Specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics,



and optimize content and automation workflows to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and design teams to align email content with broader marketing strategies and brand narratives.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools.
- Ability to use Marketing Analytics to interpret data, track KPIs, and inform campaign optimization.
- Effective Communication skills for writing transparent email copy and collaborating with internal teams.
- Experience in Lead Generation through targeted email campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Relevant experience in digital or email marketing, preferably within design, luxury, or interiors-related sectors.
- Solid understanding of best practices in email deliverability, list hygiene, and GDPR/compliance considerations.
- CRM understanding like MailChimp, Zoho and Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in Jaipur.
