Job Title: Electrowinning Cellhouse Manager / Section Head

Location: Mathura, Uttar Pradesh

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrowinning Section Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our cellhouse. You will be responsible for maximizing current efficiency, ensuring premium cathode quality, and leading a team of operators and maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day cellhouse operations, including electrolyte circulation, flow rates, and temperature controls.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as current efficiency, specific power consumption, and cathode purity.
- Oversee the cathode harvesting, washing, and stripping processes.




- Implement rigorous short-circuit detection and correction routines.
- Enforce strict safety protocols regarding high-voltage systems, acid mist exposure, and chemical handling.
- Lead, train, and develop a shift team of operators and technicians.

Qualifications:

- B.S. or Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of direct experience in an electrowinning (EW) or electrorefining (ER) facility.
- Proven experience troubleshooting cellhouse variances (e.g., nodule growth, burning, high impurities).
- Solid leadership and communication skills.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
