Should be Available to provide Telephonic technical support on 24X7 basis to Customer.
Required expertise in handling Customer Complaints .
Versatile for Travelling and ready to attend sites in all over India as well as overseas Countries.
Flexible of Site Schedule for Min. 2 days / Depends on site Condition upto Troubleshoot in any area of India(Normally 1 visit within one month in off season & Normally 4-5 visit within one month in ON season.)
Required Good knowledge of Commissioning and Testing activity.
Customer Satisfaction with good Commissioning/ Service Results.
Required Good Communication Skill while talking with Customer @ Site (Showing the Technical knowledge and Confidence)
Ability to finish the Commissioning and Service activities within Deadlines (with respect to PO Terms)
While reaching at site observe the site Carefully and also identify the Scope of other
Preferable candidate having knowledge about APFC Panel, MCC, PCC Panel, VCB Panel, Harmonic filter, energy audit
