About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Electronics & PCB Repair Technician who has practical experience in mobile/electronics repair, soldering, wiring, PCB troubleshooting and audio/microphone connections.

The role involves working on electrical/electronic calling-based devices, including assembly, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electronic components and PCBs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with hardware, identifying faults and using basic electronic testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, repair and troubleshoot electronic devices and hardware.
- Perform PCB-level inspection and basic troubleshooting.
- Carry out soldering and desoldering of electronic components and wires.
- Work with microphone, speaker, audio and calling-related connections.
- Identify and repair loose connections, damaged wires, faulty components and PCB issues.
- Perform wiring, connector installation and component replacement.
- Test microphones, speakers, switches, power connections and other electronic components.
- Diagnose hardware faults using a multimeter and basic electronic testing tools.
- Assist in device assembly, prototype development and product modifications.
- Perform functional testing of completed devices before dispatch.
- Maintain basic records of repairs, faults and replaced components.




- Follow electrical safety and ESD precautions while handling electronic components.
- Coordinate with the product/design team to identify recurring hardware problems and improve the device.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- Practical experience in electronics repair
- Good soldering and desoldering skills
- Basic PCB knowledge
- Knowledge of electronic components and circuits
- Experience with wiring and connectors
- Knowledge of speaker and microphone connections
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical/electronic faults
- Ability to use a multimeter
- Experience with mobile phone or consumer electronics repair
- Good hands-on problem-solving ability

Good to Have

- Experience with PCB assembly and rework
- Experience with audio circuits
- Knowledge of amplifiers, speakers and microphones
- Knowledge of switches, relays, connectors and power circuits
- Experience working with small electronic devices
- Basic knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi or other embedded hardware
- Experience with prototype assembly
- Knowledge of USB, Type-C, AUX or similar connectors
- Basic understanding of battery-powered electronic devices

Candidates with strong practical electronics repair experience may also be considered irrespective of formal qualification.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and practical skill level.

Candidates with strong PCB-level troubleshooting and electronics development experience may be offered a higher package.
