Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills

HT/LT panel operation, maintenance, wiring & troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with ACB, VCB, SFU, MCCB and motor starters

33 KV HT Yard operation & maintenance

PLC & VFD wiring, programming and troubleshooting – Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Danfoss, Yaskawa, ABB

Control & power wiring, power/control logic and fault finding

Electrical maintenance of HDPE/MS pipe mill machines

10T/15T/30T/40T crane power & control wiring and troubleshooting

AC/DC motor installation, dismantling & troubleshooting up to 200 HP

HT/LT cable laying, lugging, termination, planning & execution

Power tools, welding/plasma machines and automation/conveyor line troubleshooting

Single-phase & three-phase power wiring

APFC power/control wiring and troubleshooting

Troubleshooting of ACs, fans, coolers, chillers, blowers, exhaust fans and pumps





Temperature/process controllers, thermocouples, RTDs, sensors, encoders & recorders

Testing of diodes, thyristors, transistors, SCRs and power electronic equipment

Solid understanding of plant process equipment and machine control logic

Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, SAP

Knowledge of ISO/OHSAS documentation for process industries

Experience in PVC/MS/Formulation/Textile or other process industries preferred

Qualification For Electrician:

ITI from Government College/Institute

Domestic & Industrial Electrical Licence from MP Government For Electrical Engineer:

BE/B.Tech from a recognized college/university, or

Diploma from Government College/Institute
