Job Summary:

Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure protected and uninterrupted hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Maintain LT panels, DBs, MCC panels, switches, sockets, lighting, motors, and wiring.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and attend breakdowns promptly.
- Monitor electrical supply, voltage, energy meters, and equipment performance.
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and replacements as required.
- Ensure emergency lighting and critical electrical systems are functional.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Permit-to-Work practices.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and report major faults to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance teams and external service vendors.
- Support uninterrupted electrical services across wards, OT, ICU, diagnostic areas, and other hospital departments.
