We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across residential/commercial properties and educational campus facilities. The candidate must ensure uninterrupted power supply and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and lighting systems
- Maintain distribution boards (DB), MCBs, panel boards, and switchgear
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns
- Repair short circuits, power failures, and damaged wiring
- Maintain fans, lights, pumps, AC connections, and backup systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Ensure proper earthing and grounding systems
- Follow electrical safety standards and statutory regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI in Electrician Trade or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Experience in real estate projects or institutional campuses preferred
- Knowledge of panel boards, wiring systems, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Positive teamwork and communication skills
