About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to work at our godown/warehouse facility. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for testing LED lights, fans, automated switches and related electrical products, identifying faults, and carrying out necessary repairs to ensure that products are functioning properly before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Test and inspect LED lights, LED drivers, fans, automated switches and other electrical products.
- Perform electrical testing of incoming, assembled and finished products.
- Identify electrical, wiring, component and functional faults.
- Diagnose defective products using appropriate electrical testing instruments.
- Repair and rectify faulty products wherever technically possible.
- Check wiring, connections, switches, terminals, drivers, PCBs, capacitors, motors and other relevant components.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of AC and DC electrical circuits.
- Ensure repaired products are tested again before being cleared for dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of tested, defective and repaired products.
- Separate defective products that require further technical attention or replacement.
- Assist in maintaining testing equipment, tools and electrical workstations.
- Follow all required electrical safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse/godown and production personnel regarding product quality and repair requirements.
- Ensure that products are handled carefully during testing and repair.





Products to be Handled The candidate may be required to work with:
- LED Bulbs
- LED Panel Lights
- LED Downlights
- LED Tube Lights and other LED lighting products
- Ceiling Fans
- Other electrical fans
- Automated / Smart Switches
- Switch modules and related electrical accessories
- LED Drivers, PCBs and other electrical components

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use a multimeter and basic electrical testing instruments.
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical circuits.
- Ability to identify electrical faults and perform basic repairs.
- Practical knowledge of LED lighting and fan electrical systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of switches, capacitors, drivers, PCBs and electrical components preferred.
- Ability to work independently and systematically.
- Good attention to detail and product safety.
- Responsible attitude towards handling electrical products.

Qualification & Experience
- ITI Electrician / Electrical Trade qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical electrical experience may also be considered.
- Previous experience in LED lighting, fan, switch, electrical appliance repair or product testing will be an advantage.
- Fresh ITI candidates with good practical knowledge may also apply.

Important Requirements The candidate should be comfortable working in a godown/warehouse environment and should be willing to perform both product testing and repair work as required.
