We are a growing Water & Wastewater Treatment and Facility Services company providing comprehensive services for WTP (Water Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), Swimming Pools, Hydro-Pneumatic Systems, Pumping Systems, and related water-treatment infrastructure.

We undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), installation, commissioning, repair, troubleshooting, and project execution for various commercial, residential, and institutional facilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician with strong hands-on expertise in VFDs, controller panels, electrical wiring, programming, troubleshooting, and installation. The candidate should be capable of independently handling electrical systems and equipment used in WTP, STP, ETP, and HPN (Hydro-Pneumatic) systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Installation and troubleshooting of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
- VFD parameter setting, programming, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
- Programming, configuration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of controller panels and control systems.
- Complete electrical wiring of control panels, motor panels, starter panels, VFD panels, and automation/control circuits.
- Troubleshooting of control circuits, relays, contactors, overloads, MCBs, MCCBs, timers, sensors, and other electrical components.




- Installation and maintenance of motor control systems and motor connections.
- Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of WTP, STP, ETP, and HPN systems.
- Check, repair, and install electrical equipment associated with pumps, motors, blowers, dosing systems, treatment systems, and other water-treatment equipment.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults, short circuits, phase-related issues, overload trips, VFD faults, and control-panel problems.
- Perform electrical testing, commissioning, and functional checks after installation or repair.
- Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, control-panel drawings, and basic electrical schematics.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with mechanical/plumbing technicians and site supervisors during equipment installation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance, breakdowns, spare parts, and completed work.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at site.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on knowledge of VFDs, Controller Panels, Electrical Wiring & Motor Control.
- Practical experience in VFD programming, parameter setting, fault diagnosis, and commissioning.




- Positive knowledge of control-panel wiring and troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and control-system faults.
- Experience with electrical systems used in WTP/STP/ETP/HPN systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose, repair, install, and commission electrical equipment.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of relevant electrical experience.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge of VFD, controller programming, panel wiring, and water-treatment systems will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to different project/site locations as required.

Must Have

Minimum 3 years relevant experience, VFD programming & troubleshooting, control panel wiring, motor control, electrical fault finding, and WTP/STP/ETP/HPN system experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
