About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician cum Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing plant team. The role involves maintaining electrical infrastructure, troubleshooting electronic systems, and ensuring smooth operation of production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, motors, switchboards, and power distribution systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits, PLCs, sensors, and automation panels.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of machines and ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements under the Factories Act.
- Prepare maintenance logs, inspection reports, and update records in ERP/HRMS systems.
- Support production teams during breakdowns and coordinate with external service providers when required.

Qualifications & Skills

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in factory setup or industrial maintenance.




- Knowledge of both high‑voltage electrical systems and low‑voltage electronic circuits.
- Familiarity with PLC programming, automation systems, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Robust problem‑solving skills and willingness to work in shifts.

Eligibility

- Candidates must be legally eligible to work under Indian labour laws.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior manufacturing industry experience.
