We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Electrician to oversee and maintain electrical systems across the property. In this role, you will be responsible for routine electrical inspections, preventive maintenance, quick troubleshooting of power outages or fixture issues, and ensuring all electrical systems comply with safety regulations to ensure continuous operational uptime.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Inspect, test, and repair electrical fixtures, wiring, switchboards, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and power outlets throughout guest rooms and public areas.
- Equipment & Machinery Servicing: Assist in the routine operation, monitoring, and maintenance of heavy machinery, generators, transformers, HVAC units, and water pumps.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled electrical maintenance programs to minimize system failures, power trips, and operational disruptions.
- Emergency Response: Promptly address guest complaints and operational breakdowns involving electrical faults, power failures, or tripped breakers.




- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to electrical safety standards, local building codes, and safety protocols (such as Lockout/Tagout procedures) to prevent hazards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Certification: Certified Electrician license / Industrial Training Institute (ITI) diploma in Electrical Trade or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on electrician experience, ideally within hospitality, residential complexes, or commercial facilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading electrical wiring diagrams, using electrical testing tools (multimeters, voltage testers), and basic generator maintenance.
- Attributes: Robust problem-solving skills, ability to work versatile/rotating shifts, and physical fitness to handle manual labor and ladders safely.

Salary will be given based on experience. Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
