Role Description The Electrical Test Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting electrical tests on power supplies, test equipment, and related power electronics products.

The Electrical Test

Engineer will develop test plans and procedures, set up and calibrate test benches, perform validation and verification of products, and analyze test data to identify issues and improvement opportunities. Day-to-day work includes diagnosing faults, performing root cause analysis,



collaborating with design and production teams to resolve technical problems, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and performance standards. The role also involves maintaining test equipment, supporting continuous improvement of testing processes, and contributing to customer-specific testing and reporting needs.

Qualifications

- Strong Test Engineering skills, including test planning, execution, data analysis, and documentation.
- Hands-on Electrical Testing experience with power supplies, power electronics, and related test setups.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering principles, circuit analysis, and power electronics.
- Ability to select, operate, and maintain Test Equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and electronic loads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and industry regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE) for electrical testing.
- Experience with test automation tools, data acquisition systems, or basic programming for test scripts is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in testing processes.
