We’re looking for Electrical Supervisors & Team Leaders who can join immediately / at short notice for SMEC Automation’s shipbuilding projects.
If you know marine electrical execution, cable laying, glanding, termination , and more importantly, know how to lead a team on site, we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:
- Marine / shipbuilding electrical experience
- Cable laying, glanding and termination experience
- Ability to supervise electrical technicians and site teams
- Understanding of drawings, installation quality and workmanship
- Robust focus on safety, productivity and project execution
- Willingness to work at shipyards and project sites
