Role Description The Electrical Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role oversees all electrical maintenance activities for production facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of equipment and power systems. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising electrical technicians, diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, and coordinating with production and safety teams to minimize downtime.

The manager also reviews electrical designs and layouts for new installations, manages power distribution and energy efficiency initiatives,



maintains compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and prepares maintenance reports, budgets, and improvement plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Electrical Maintenance and Electricity, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering and Electrical Design skills for reviewing, planning, and optimizing plant electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Distribution for managing load distribution, switchgear, panels, and safety practices.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience in industrial or food manufacturing environments, with responsibility for managing electrical teams and vendors.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, local regulations, and best practices in energy efficiency.
