We are seeking a skilled Purchase Engineer specializing in Electrical Procurement to join our team in the elevator manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering coupled with expertise in procurement processes and vendor management. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and procuring mechanical components and equipment essential for elevator production.
:
- Verify PR (Purchase Request) details such as material specification, quantities before proceeding with purchase activity.
- Identify and quality suppliers based on project requirement, quality standards and cost effectiveness.
- Efficiently create and manage purchase order (PO) and supplier agreements using SAP. Ensure accuracy in quantities, pricing and delivery terms.
- Keep track of stock levels and manage inventory properly.
- Talk to and co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time.
Qualification:
- Freshers can apply
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven 0 - 3 years of experience in Electrical procurement,
preferably within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on electrical components.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Technical Skills:
- SAP Experience (preferred)
- MS Excel ( Vlookup , pivot table )
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
