Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head Electrical to lead overall electrical O&M; activities at the Cast House, ensuring equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, breakdown management, safety compliance and effective team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure optimum availability and reliability of electrical equipment.
- Handle Transformers, Motors, VFDs, HT/LT Panels, UPS, Battery Chargers, EOT/Crane, Switchgear and DG Sets.
- Diagnose electrical breakdowns and implement RCA/CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO,
SOPs and electrical safety standards.
- Supervise Electrical Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, SAP PM activities and documentation.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective manpower and resource utilisation.

Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Electrical O&M; / Maintenance.
- Experience in Aluminium / Cast House / Metal Plant operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, maintenance practices and safety standards.
- Positive troubleshooting, leadership and team-management skills.
