Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Karnataka, India.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, review, and optimize electrical systems for infrastructure projects, including power distribution and protection schemes.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and coordinating with civil, mechanical, and project management teams. The role involves overseeing installation and commissioning activities, troubleshooting electrical issues on-site, and supporting safety and quality initiatives.

Engineer will also contribute to project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement in line with the company’s engineering and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of core electrical principles and standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including creating layouts, schematics, and technical documentation for infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution, focusing on distribution network planning, load balancing, and protection coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including analysis of system performance, reliability, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects, preferably within the Indian regulatory workplace.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and safety regulations, and familiarity with industry design and simulation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and work on-site.
