Role Overview

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong hands-on experience in core electrical engineering and product development of BESS, UPS, Inverters, PCS or other power electronics systems. The candidate should have experience in taking electrical concepts from design and development to prototype and product validation, rather than being primarily involved in maintenance or troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop electrical architecture for BESS, UPS, Inverter and PCS systems.
- Develop current products, electrical systems and product variants based on application requirements.
- Design and review schematics, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams and electrical layouts.
- Perform power-stage/component selection including IGBT/MOSFET, capacitors, inductors, contactors, relays, fuses, breakers and sensors.
- Develop and validate AC/DC, DC/DC and DC/AC power conversion systems.
- Work on prototype development, engineering builds and product validation.
- Define electrical specifications and prepare BOM,



circuit documentation and technical design documents.
- Conduct design calculations related to power rating, current, voltage, protection, efficiency and component sizing.
- Collaborate with BMS, firmware, mechanical, thermal and controls teams during product development.
- Perform design verification and validation (DV/PV) of developed products.
- Identify design gaps and implement design modifications, performance improvement, reliability improvement and cost optimization.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and transition of validated designs to manufacturing.
- Evaluate new technologies and components for improving BESS/UPS/Inverter performance and functionality.

Must-Have Experience
- Hands-on experience in design & development of UPS / BESS / Inverter / PCS / Power Electronics products.
- Experience in at least one complete product development cycle – concept → design → prototype → testing → validation.
- Strong knowledge of Power Electronics and Electrical System Design.
- Experience with electrical schematics, SLD, BOM and component selection.
- Practical understanding of power conversion, protection, switching and sensing circuits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
