We are looking for an eLearning Developer with strong design and development expertise in eLearning technologies to create engaging, interactive and learner-focused digital learning experiences.

About the Role The eLearning Developer will be responsible for developing engaging learning modules based on storyboards provided by the Instructional Designer. The role requires both design and development expertise to transform learning concepts into effective digital experiences. The position will also support content creation across multiple learning modalities, including instructor-led training, webinars, videos,online learning and other digital learning formats.

Scope of Role
- Work with the Instructional Designer to confirm course specifications and resolve gaps.
- Utilize authoring tools to build eLearning courses and demonstrations.
- Contribute to eLearning instructional design and adult learning practices.
- Create and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and learning styles.
- Utilize aesthetic sense to ensure attractive, interactive and engaging e-learning content.
- Integrate adult learning best practices into eLearning courses.
- Produce eLearning courses on time and align them with learning outcomes.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Address changes and feedback on course deliverables within timelines.
- Design visual elements and templates in consultation with the Instructional Designer.
- Support mobile, online, video and other digital learning modalities.
- Develop engaging deliverables such as courses, games, videos and quizzes.

Skills & Qualifications
✓ 1–2 years of experience in eLearning content development
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or related field
✓ Demonstrated understanding of usability principles
✓ Knowledge of programming concepts
✓ Experience with Adobe and Articulate product suites
✓ Graphic design knowledge using Illustrator and Photoshop
✓ Knowledge of audio and narration editing preferred
✓ Robust attention to detail and visual creativity
