Key Responsibilities

Electrical system design: Load calculations, transformer/DG sizing, HT/LT systems, PCC/MCC, APFC, UPS, earthing, lightning protection, cable sizing, voltage drop, short circuit calculations, lux calculations (DIALux), power distribution.

Prepare SLDs, HT/LT layouts, lighting layouts, power layouts, UPS layouts, earthing layouts, lightning layouts, cable tray layouts, cable routing, panel GA, equipment layouts, BOQs, technical specifications and reports.

Prepare/review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, builder work drawings, cable schedules, panel schedules and DB schedules.

Coordinate BIM models using Revit MEP, Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360; participate in clash detection and LOD 300/400/500 development.

Provide site engineering support, technical clarifications,



vendor drawing reviews, material approvals and as-built documentation.

Attend client/consultant meetings, respond to RFIs and resolve design comments.

Support estimation through BOQs, quantity take-off, value engineering and cost optimization.

Software Skills

Mandatory: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint

Preferred: Revit MEP, Navisworks, DIALux EVO, BIM Collaborate Pro

Standards Knowledge

NBC, IS Standards, IEC, IEEE, CEA, CEIG, MSEDCL, Pharma and Industrial Design Standards

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
