Educational Counsellor Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 per month Minimum Target: 6 confirmed admissions per month (Mandatory) Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel students/candidates regarding available educational programs, courses, and admission opportunities. Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and requirements. Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, admission process, and career opportunities clearly.

Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students until admission is completed.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions. Coordinate with the admission and academic team for smooth completion of the admission process. Achieve the monthly target of minimum 6 confirmed admissions .

Performance

Expectations 6 confirmed admissions per month is mandatory.



Additional performance may be rewarded through incentives as per company policy. Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills are expected.

RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valuable convincing and counselling abilities. Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge. Previous experience in educational counselling, telecalling, admissions, sales, or customer support will be an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented approach may also apply.
