URGENT HIRING – EDUCATIONAL COUNSELOR at BIT

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel inquiries regarding BIT’s professional, technical & certification courses.
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and other channels.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and collection targets.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update CRM regularly.
- Provide accurate information regarding course structure, fees, batches and career opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM / WhatsApp.
- Prior experience in educational counseling, sales or admissions will be preferred.

Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Uma Char Rasta, Waghodia Road, Vadodara.

Salary: Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 40000/- (*Depends upon Skill & Experiance)
