Your Mission

Counsel with Purpose: Understand each student/parent's goals, background, and concerns, and recommend the right course or program — not just any course.

Convert the Pipeline: Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, online enquiries), follow up consistently, and drive admissions to closure.

Own Your Numbers: Take full accountability for your monthly enrollment/revenue targets and pipeline health.

A Natural Communicator: Confident, clear, and persuasive in English and Hindi, in person and on the phone.

Organized & Driven: Comfortable managing multiple leads at once, following up without dropping the ball, and staying target-focused.

Comfortable In-Person: This is an in-person role based in Janakpuri — you'll be meeting students and parents face-to-face.
