Role & responsibilities

We are looking for energetic and communication-oriented candidates to join our team as Educational Counsellors / Tele callers.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with parents and students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining our tutoring programs, following up with leads, and supporting the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents/students.
- Understand students' academic requirements.
- Explain available courses and tutoring programs.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the academic/tutoring team.
- Achieve assigned calling and counselling targets.
- Build a good relationship with parents and students.

Requirements:

- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Basic English and Hindi/Telugu communication skills preferred.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
