Role Description The Education Counsellor will work full time on-site at Jason School Pvt. Ltd. in Pune.This role involves guiding prospective students in selecting suitable courses, explaining program structures, and clarifying career pathways in IT domains such as analytics, cloud, and automation.

The Education

Counsellor will conduct one-on-one on call , respond to inquiries from students and families, and maintain accurate records of counseling interactions. Daily activities include coordinating with faculty and administrative teams, supporting admission processes, organizing orientation sessions, and contributing to student retention initiatives. The role also requires providing ongoing academic and career guidance,



helping learners set realistic goals, and tracking their progress through the program.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education-related skills for guiding learners through program options and academic requirements.
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling skills to support learners’ academic, personal, and adjustment needs.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help students plan IT career paths and understand industry expectations.

- Relevant experience in academic advising, admissions, or educational counseling, preferably in IT or professional training environments.
