Key Responsibilities

Connect with candidates and explain Crack-ED programs and career opportunities.

Understand candidate profiles and align suitable candidates with relevant opportunities/interviews.

Conduct regular calls and follow-ups with candidates.

Coordinate with candidates regarding corporate interview schedules.

Maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates.

Track candidates' progress throughout the interview and selection process.

Follow up after interviews and help improve selection-to-revenue conversion.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain candidate records and update relevant trackers/CRM.

Depending on the role, coordinate with vendors, sourcing partners, colleges,



universities and training institutes for candidate sourcing. �
