Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and target-oriented Inside Sales Educational Counselor to join our team at Nal Stop, Pune.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, counseling them on suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.

Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.

Provide personalized counseling and recommend suitable courses.

Explain course details, curriculum, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career opportunities.

Handle student and parent queries and objections professionally.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.

Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Maintain accurate lead and student records using CRM software.

Track follow-ups, conversations, lead status, and enrollment progress.

Coordinate with Admissions, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Participate in counseling sessions, seminars,



admission drives, and recruitment events when required.

Stay updated on courses, industry trends, and relevant educational opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in inside sales, educational counseling, admissions, telecalling, EdTech, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

Proven ability to achieve sales or enrollment targets.

Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

Empathetic and patient approach toward students and parents.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and other communication tools.

Experience in the education, EdTech, higher education, training, or vocational education sector is preferred.

What We Offer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
