We are seeking an active scholar and experienced editor to join our Editorial Board. This role is designed for doctoral-degreed academics who currently hold editorial roles in Scopus-active journals and wish to drive international journal growth.

In this role, you will oversee peer-review standards and actively facilitate journal partnerships, co-publishing opportunities, and strategic alliances with reputed Scopus, SSCI, SCIE, Web of Science (WoS), and ABDC-indexed journals.

Key Responsibilities

- Editorial Governance & Peer Review: Oversee double-blind peer reviews, ensure publication ethics (COPE compliance), and evaluate submitted manuscripts for methodology and scholarly merit.
- Journal Network & Indexing Collaboration: Build active editorial relationships and collaborations with international journal networks across Scopus, Web of Science (SSCI/SCIE), and ABDC rankings.
- Special Issue Leadership: Propose, curate, and lead high-impact Special Issues, attracting top-tier research submissions from global research institutions.
- Strategic Journal Growth: Advise on editorial strategies to increase citation impact, broaden international reviewer panels, and support journal indexing pipelines.
- Academic Ambassadorship: Represent the publication at international academic conferences to recruit guest editors, advisory members, and high-quality manuscript submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Ph.D. or equivalent terminal doctorate degree from a recognized university (Must-have).




- Current Editorial Experience: Active editorial role (Editor, Associate Editor, or Editorial Board Member) in a currently active Scopus-indexed journal.
- Indexing & Network Portfolio: Demonstrated capacity to facilitate editorial cross-collaborations or guest-editing opportunities with Scopus, SSCI, SCIE, WoS, or ABDC listed journals.
- Publication Track Record: Solid publishing history in indexed journals (Scopus / Web of Science / ABDC) with a strong $h$-index.
- Teaching Experience: Current or prior higher education teaching experience at a recognized college or university.
- Peer-Review Expertise: Extensive background serving as a reviewer for international academic publishers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with major Editorial Management Systems (OJS, ScholarOne, or Editorial Manager).
- Deep understanding of Open Access (OA) publishing models, copyright standards, and international indexation criteria.
- Strong international academic network across multidisciplinary research domains.
