Responsibilities

1. Lesson Planning: Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
2. Interactive Teaching: Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions using interactive tools and techniques to capture students' attention and stimulate their learning.
3. Skill Development: Help students develop fundamental skills such as letter recognition, phonics, number sense, and early writing.
4. Progress Tracking: Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and Client Relation Officer (CRO).
5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with parents and Client Relation Officer (CRO) to discuss students' progress, address concerns,



and provide guidance.
6. Adaptability: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
7. Positive Reinforcement: Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to learn and explore.

1. Diploma in Montessori or a related field
2. Proven experience in teaching Kindergarten students
3. Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.
6. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

1.Experience in using Montessori Materials.

2.Knowledge of different teaching methodologies and techniques.

3.Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
