- Capture high-quality videos and photographs for institute activities, events, student programs, interviews, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

- Operate skilled cameras, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment.

- Plan and execute camera angles, framing, lighting, and composition.

- Handle indoor and outdoor shoots as required.

- Record interviews, testimonials, promotional videos, reels, and event coverage.

- Ensure proper audio and video quality during shoots.

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to develop video concepts.

- Suggest creative ideas and visual approaches for campaigns and social media content.

- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited videos, photographs, and project files.

- Ensure content is delivered within the required deadlines.

- Maintain consistency with Kairos Institute's brand identity and communication standards.





- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos.

- Add transitions, subtitles, graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements where appropriate.

- Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics.

- Create promotional videos for courses, events, student activities, and institute campaigns.

- Convert raw footage into platform-specific formats and aspect ratios.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
