Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Warehouse Manager with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the clothing/apparel industry. The candidate will manage daily warehouse operations, order processing, returns, inventory, and team coordination while ensuring smooth, accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce warehouse.
- Handle order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and shipment coordination.
- Manage return orders, including receiving, checking, updating, and restocking returned products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock movement.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Monitor stock availability and identify discrepancies or shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of clothing inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
- Use Advanced Excel for inventory tracking, MIS reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.
- Ensure timely processing of all orders and returns within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and warehouse records.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the clothing/ apparel industry is mandatory.
- Strong experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.




- Excellent knowledge of order processing and returns management.
- Strong command of Advanced Excel.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Staff role based in New Delhi. The Staff team member will support day-to-day recruitment activities, including coordinating candidate sourcing, screening applications, scheduling interviews,



and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role will also assist with marketing-related tasks such as updating content, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports to support client projects.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, responding to candidate and client queries, and ensuring timely, professional communication across all touchpoints. The Staff team member will contribute to process improvements, uphold company standards, and help deliver reliable service to both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment and marketing tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic office tools and software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email platforms) and comfort working with databases or CRM systems.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates, clients, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a structured approach to scheduling, follow-ups, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Current Delhi, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and a service-focused mindset.
- Interest or prior exposure to recruitment, HR operations, or marketing support will be considered an advantage.
- Relevant educational background (such as a degree or diploma in business, HR, marketing, or a related field) is preferred but not mandatory for strong demonstrable skills.**
