Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Ecommerce Specialist.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will manage and optimize online storefronts, product listings, and digital catalogues to ensure accurate information, strong visual presentation, and a seamless customer journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer behavior and conversion data, coordinating with marketing and design teams on promotions, and implementing strategies to increase traffic and revenue. The role also involves handling customer inquiries related to orders and products, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining a high standard of service.





The Ecommerce

Specialist will continuously test, refine, and document processes to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency across all ecommerce channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, including experience with online marketplaces, storefront management, and conversion optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage customer interactions and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should have proficiency with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar), basic understanding of digital marketing, and familiarity with inventory/order management tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setup.
- Relevant experience in ecommerce, online retail, or digital business operations is preferred; a degree or certification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
