Eskag Group of Companies is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience scaling online businesses, with proven expertise in the n utraceutical and cosmeceutical sectors in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the online P&L;, sales targets, and pricing strategies across brand D2C websites (Shopify) and key marketplaces ( Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Myntra, Tira, Amazon US, Walmart, Noon, eBay ).

- Oversee cataloging, listing optimization (A+ content, SEO, brand store), and compliance with category-specific healthcare guidelines.
- Partner with Performance Marketing and Creative teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, ROAS, CAC, and repeat orders.

- Drive quick-commerce and e-pharmacy growth through promotional planning, visibility tie-ups, and fill-rate management.
- Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure healthy stock levels, minimize RTO/NDR, and prevent stockouts or expiries.

- Build retention funnels using CRM, loyalty programs, and automated messaging (email/WhatsApp).
- Track category trends, competitor pricing,



and performance metrics (GMV, margins, TACoS) to prepare executive reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant e-commerce management experience, with substantial focus on nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or cosmeceuticals/skincare.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart, quick commerce portals, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Solid understanding of P&L; management, category discounting, and health-claim compliance.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, inventory workflows, and agency partners.
- Robust analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
