We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces.

? Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon | Flipkart | Myntra

- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, attributes and keywords
- Monitor product pricing, inventory, stock availability and catalog health
- Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, catalog issues and marketplace tickets
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations and customer-related issues
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution
- Track sales, traffic, conversion and other marketplace performance metrics
- Assist with marketplace promotions, deals and campaigns
- Monitor competitors, pricing and product positioning
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports
- Ensure accurate inventory and product information across all marketplaces

? Requirements




- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and Myntra
- Understanding of product listing, catalog management and inventory
- Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions is an advantage
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Candidates based in Patna preferred
