Reports To: Operations Head / Management

Role Purpose The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overall warehouse operations, inventory, production coordination and timely fulfilment of customer POs. The role will also involve managing Amazon and Flipkart shipments, ensuring that orders are prepared and dispatched accurately as per PO requirements and marketplace timelines.

Core Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Management

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth movement of stock.
- Maintain proper storage and SKU-wise organization of raw materials, components and finished goods.
- Monitor inward, outward, transfers, damages and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure physical stock matches system/ERP inventory.
- Maintain proper warehouse discipline, housekeeping and processes.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily responsibilities.

2. Production & Order Fulfilment

- Plan and coordinate production/assembly based on upcoming POs and order requirements.
- Ensure sufficient finished goods are available for timely PO fulfilment.
- Follow up with production and assembly teams for pending requirements.
- Identify shortages or production delays and take timely action.
- Prepare a daily production and fulfilment plan based on dispatch priorities.

3. PO Management & Dispatch

- Review customer POs and plan fulfilment according to required dispatch dates.
- Ensure correct SKU, quantity, packaging and labeling against each PO.
- Coordinate picking, packing and final dispatch.
- Track PO-wise Ready / Pending / Dispatched status.
- Ensure shipments are dispatched within the required timeline.
- Maintain dispatch records and documentation.

4. Amazon & Flipkart Operations

- Handle shipment creation and dispatch processes on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Manage FBA/FBF shipment requirements as applicable.




- Create shipments according to PO/order requirements.
- Ensure correct SKU, quantity, carton details and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely handover.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve dispatch-related issues.

5. Inventory Control

- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, components and finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving and low-stock items.
- Identify inventory shortages and discrepancies and report them to management.
- Ensure timely stock updates in ERP/Excel.

Team Management
- Supervise warehouse, packing and dispatch staff.
- Set daily priorities and monitor work completion.
- Ensure staff follow warehouse and dispatch processes.
- Train team members on SKU handling, packing and dispatch procedures.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–6 years in warehouse, inventory, dispatch or ecommerce operations.
- Hands-on experience managing warehouse teams and daily operations.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart shipment processes.
- Good Excel and inventory management skills.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities.
- Must be comfortable taking ownership of production-to-dispatch fulfilment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
