About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to manage day-to-day ecommerce and marketplace operations. The role will be responsible for maintaining product catalogs, managing listings, processing orders, monitoring inventory and pricing, and supporting the overall growth of our online business.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update and maintain product listings across ecommerce marketplaces.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, SKUs and other catalog information.
- Monitor and process incoming orders and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment coordination.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate stock availability.
- Monitor product pricing, offers, discounts and marketplace requirements.
- Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor product visibility, sales performance, order status and marketplace metrics.
- Identify listing errors, catalog issues and operational gaps and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts, customer support and other internal teams for smooth ecommerce operations.
- Prepare regular reports related to sales, orders,



inventory and marketplace performance.
- Support promotional activities, product launches and marketplace campaigns.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, processes and ecommerce best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or other ecommerce marketplaces will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of product cataloging, listing management, inventory and order processing.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
