Role Overview

We are looking for a E-Commerce Business manager to own the end-to-end e-commerce business across the company’s own digital platform and third-party marketplaces .

The role will combine e-commerce operations, P&L; ownership, business growth, marketplace management, inventory and supply chain coordination, customer experience, and cross-functional leadership .

The ideal candidate should understand the complete e-commerce ecosystem — from product listing and inventory availability to order processing, fulfilment, customer experience, marketplace performance, profitability, and business growth.

Qualifications

- Experience managing ecommerce platforms (e.g., marketplaces or branded online stores), including catalog management and order processing.
- Skills in sales analysis, data-driven decision-making, and reporting on ecommerce performance metrics.




- Ability to coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong organizational and operational skills for inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and logistics oversight.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience in ecommerce, retail, or business management; prior leadership or P&L; responsibility is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; advanced certifications in ecommerce or digital business are a plus.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
