Screening calls and emails and responding accordingly to support executive correspondence. Handle incoming communications and respond to internal requests for information on a timely basis. Capacity to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman including calendar management. manage complex and changing documents, take minutes of meetings diaries, negotiate appointments and schedule meetings in different time zone and prepare agendas, organizing.

Action backlog follow-up, ensure that the action plan agreed upon in the meeting is implemented. Adept in planning and supporting daily operational and administrative functions,



exceptionally coordinates requests for information from internal and external members; organizes associated and supporting documentation coordinates meetings by preparing meeting agendas, and provides confidential minute taking. performing additional tasks such as arranging conference calls and webinars, and providing a professional first point of contact for all inquiries.
