The Regional Head – North & West will be responsible for driving the overall business performance, profitability, retail operations, and expansion of the company's apparel business across the North and West regions.
The role will have end-to-end ownership of regional P&L;, sales growth, store productivity, customer experience, people capability, inventory and recent-store expansion. The incumbent will translate the company's business strategy into strong regional execution while identifying market opportunities and building a high-performance retail organization.
