Integrate supply-side inputs across functions into cohesive annual and long-term plans in partnership with Strategy and business teams. Participate and drive alignment during review forums (divisional meetings – supply side review forums, supply side alignment meeting, S&OP;, MRMs, pre-season readiness meetings, R&D; meetings, plant reviews) to ensure seamless execution and decision convergence.

- Cross-functional Collaboration & Program Mobilisation Act as a program manager for cross-functional initiatives, enabling structured planning, execution tracking,
