About Elara

Elara is a premium early-years enrichment centre focused on creating joyful, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for young children. We are looking for a high-energy, warm, and genuinely child-loving woman to join us as a Freelance Teacher on a long-term basis.

Who Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who:

- Has prior experience working with younger children, preferably in early-years education, daycare, preschool, activity centres, or similar settings.
- Genuinely loves working with children and enjoys being around them.
- Is naturally high-energy, enthusiastic, playful, and expressive.
- Has a warm, smiley and approachable personality.
- Is comfortable getting down to the childrens level, playing with them, being silly, and joining in their world without feeling the need to be overly formal or “adult” around them.
- Has excellent communication skills, both with children and parents.
- Is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership rather than simply conduct classes.
- Is creative and enjoys brainstorming new activities, ideas, games, and learning experiences.
- Is looking for a long-term association and wants to grow with Elara.

Key responsibilities: Teaching & Classroom Engagement

- Conduct engaging, interactive classes for young children.
- Follow and deliver the Elara curriculum, after completing comprehensive training.
- Create a fun, safe, energetic, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Encourage children through play, conversation, movement, sensory activities, stories, music, and hands-on learning.
- Understand each childs interests and learning style and adapt your approach accordingly.

Parent Communication





- Interact confidently and warmly with parents.
- Share observations and meaningful updates about children’s participation and progress.
- Build positive relationships with parents and represent Elara professionally.

Curriculum & Creative Contribution

- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new activities and classroom ideas.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance existing programmes.
- Assist in developing and refining curriculum activities based on classroom experiences.
- You will be trained on the Elara curriculum and our teaching methodology — prior knowledge of our curriculum is not required.

Working Hours Freelance teaching hours will be based on centre requirements:
- 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM OR

- 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday full day 10 am to 6 pm

The exact shift will depend on the programme and operational requirements.
