We’re looking for a creative, energetic and entrepreneurial person to help grow The Tee Shop, Kavach Essentials

What You’ll Do

- Manage e-commerce operations and online sales
- Manage website, product listings, inventory & orders
- Manage Amazon and other marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc)
- Handle Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms
- Plan and create Reels, posts, campaigns & engaging content
- Manage influencers, creators, UGC & collaborations
- Run and optimize Meta Ads & retargeting campaigns
- Track sales, website traffic, customer behavior & marketing performance
- Develop new products, collections & trending designs
- Coordinate with vendors, production, inventory & logistics
- Explore B2B, offline & reseller opportunities
- Identify new trends and opportunities for brand growth

Who We’re Looking For

- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Fashion, Streetwear or Social Media Marketing
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads, content marketing & e-commerce




- Creative mindset with a good sense of trends
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Passion for fashion, social media & building brands
- Freshers with strong practical skills and the right mindset can also apply
