Lumibella Fashion has been serving customers with quality imitation and fashion jewellery since 2005. We're looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to drive sales through our website and grow the brand's visibility across digital channels.

About the Role

We're hiring an E-commerce Manager to take ownership of lumibellafashion.co.in from driving traffic to the site, to converting that traffic into sales, to keeping customers coming back. This is a hands-on role for someone who can look at a website that isn't converting the way it should, figure out why, and fix it, while also running the day-to-day marketing that brings the right visitors in the door.

You'll work closely with the founder and have real input into the website experience, promotions, content, and marketing spend.

Core ResponsibilitiesWebsite Sales & Conversion

- Own website sales performance — track daily/weekly numbers and be accountable for revenue generated through the site
- Manage and improve the website — homepage, product pages, cart, and checkout — to reduce drop-off and improve the shopping experience
- Improve conversion rate (CVR) through better product photography, descriptions, pricing display, customer reviews, and a smoother checkout flow
- Run A/B tests on pricing, page layout, banners, and offers
- Optimize for mobile, since most jewellery shoppers browse and buy from their phones
- Manage on-site merchandising — featured products, bundles, cross-sells, and upsells
- Set up and manage abandoned cart recovery, email/SMS flows, and retargeting to recapture lost sales

Visibility & Traffic Growth
- Drive traffic to the website through SEO, paid ads (Meta/Google/Instagram), influencer collaborations, and content
- Manage performance marketing campaigns — plan and run ad budgets across Meta, Google Shopping, and Instagram/Facebook
- Grow organic visibility — improve SEO (product titles, descriptions, blog content)



and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest in ways that funnel followers to the website
- Coordinate influencer and partnership collaborations to reach new customers
- Manage marketplace listings (Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, etc., if relevant) as an additional channel alongside the website

Reporting & Retention
- Track and report on performance — traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase rate — using Google Analytics and website/ad platform dashboards
- Run email/SMS marketing and loyalty offers to increase repeat purchases
- Coordinate with operations/fulfillment to make sure growing demand doesn't create delivery or stock issues

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales roles — ideally for a D2C, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brand
- Hands-on experience managing a website/online store (Shopify or similar) and driving sales through it
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, basic SEO, and email/SMS marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
- Comfortable reading data and reports to guide day-to-day decisions
- Organized and self-driven — able to manage multiple channels and priorities at once
- Valuable communication skills; able to work closely with the founder

Nice to Have
- Experience specifically in jewellery, accessories, or fashion e-commerce
- Familiarity with the Indian D2C market and platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Meesho, or Amazon India
- Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing
- Basic design sense (Canva/Figma) for ad creative and website banners
