E-Commerce Manager – Amazon.com (USA Marketplace)

About the Role

RMC Collection is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to independently manage and grow our Amazon.com USA marketplace account. You'll own everything from listing optimization to advertising performance to overall sales strategy — this is a hands-on role for someone who understands Amazon Seller Central inside and out and knows how to turn data into growth.

Key Responsibilities

Listing & Catalog Management

- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings — titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms
- Manage product variations, categories, and attributes
- Build and maintain Amazon A+ Content to improve conversion and brand presentation

Advertising & Growth

- Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Track and improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to guide SEO and ad strategy
- Develop strategies to grow organic ranking and overall sales

Account & Operations Management

- Monitor account health and quickly resolve listing or account issues
- Manage inventory planning and ensure stock availability
- Coordinate FBA/FBM requirements as needed
- Track competitor pricing, listings, and promotions
- Plan coupons, discounts, and seasonal promotional campaigns

Reporting & Collaboration





- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with explicit insights
- Work with our design and content team on Amazon creatives and infographics
- Identify and pitch new opportunities to scale our products in the US market

Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace accounts
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with the Amazon US marketplace strongly preferred
- Practical experience running Amazon PPC campaigns
- Solid understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace reports
- Analytical, performance-driven mindset
- Positive written English
- Able to take full ownership of the account with minimal supervision

Bonus: Experience in home décor, rugs, carpets, furniture, textiles, or lifestyle products.
